SH-02 Target Retrieval Steamer

The SH-02 instrument Target Retrieval Steamer is for target retrieval specially developed for PinpoRNA in situ hybridization experiments. It uses boiling water to heat the B-plus retrieval solution to the desired temperature (above 99°C) and then the targets are exposed for hybridization. It can precisely control the water temperature and retrieval time to ensure the accuracy and reproducibility of the experiment. At the same time, due to its mild retrieval conditions, it can maintain the integrity of tissue cell morphology to the greatest extent.
