 If there are different splicing variants for the gene of interest, confirm which ones to detect and which not to detect or detect all variants, as well as the corresponding reference sequence (e.g., NM number).

 Confirm whether there are any specific regions of the target gene that need to be tested or verified (e.g. whether to verify the gene knock out effect, verify the RT-PCR results, verify the results published by others)

 Query the PinpoRNA probe database to view the probe information/lead time.
